All Things Cease to Appear, by Elizabeth Brundage

Find in catalogThis beautifully written book details the lives and tragedies of two families through the years in a small rural farming community. It’s sad and lovely at the same time. Very detailed writing so it’s not exactly easy reading; and the subject matters of murder and family tragedies aren’t exactly light either. Overall mixed feelings because of the beauty and horror together.
