Doctor Greger has a wonderful way of transforming medical and scientific research into real life scenarios and conditions like cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. The book is put into two parts, the first being a chapter on each of the top fifteen causes of death in the United States. The second half of the book examines the research behind the key parts of a healthy diet. Overall I found it to be an excellent book and I highly recommend it. It has transformed the way I eat and how I look at nutrition in the best way scientifically possible!
