Quick and Easy PaleoI sure enjoyed these quick and easy versions of great healthy dishes; got about a dozen I will try in the coming months. The Paleo is mostly protein but excluding dairy, also includes fruits, veggies, and fats. The ‘noodle’ recipes are mostly shredded veggies like squash and cauliflower. I thought the “hands on time” estimates were too optimistic on the short side, but I won’t quibble about that…I am sure each recipe is worth any work and time put into it. Enjoy!
