Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn

Gone GirlOn the day of her fifth wedding anniversary, Amy Elliott Dunn disappears. It seems that she was violently abducted, but was she? The story goes back and forth between the views of Amy and her husband Nick, as the real story comes out bit by bit. The writing is very compelling and witty. I really enjoyed the first 3/4 of this book, and even dreamed about it one night. But in the last quarter of the book the actions of the characters get more and more unbelievable, and the ending was pretty unsatisfying.

This is a WONDERFUL book! I thoroughly enjoyed it, and was enthralled with the story. I must say though, the ending was not what I expected. I RECOMMEND THIS BOOK!!!
