The Beginner’s Goodbye by Ann Tyler

The simple plot line in Tyler’s newest novel belies its depth. In the book Aaron, deals with and recovers from the sudden, unexpected death of his wife. He is quirky, lovable, and funny and deals with the profound questions, as best he can, of his regrets and of what happens after death.
Highly recommended. The library has 10 copies, though you may still have to put a hold on the title.
