Firelight by Sophie Jordan

Firelight is set in present day but a day where draki exist. Jacinda is special among her family of draki-she can breath fire, something that hasn’t been seen in centuries. When Jacinda and her mother and twin sister are forced to flee into the human world where Jacinda’s draki spirit begins to die in the desert heat. That is until she meets Will, who brings her draki spirit back to life whenever she is around him. Can she stay around Will but still gaurd the biggest draki spirit? and stay true to herself?

I enjoyed Firelight very much. It had a classic love story, but some great action throughout the story. The characters were likable, well except for the ones you aren’t supposed to like. I would recomend Firelight to people of all ages.
